Shipping Methods

  • We ship to Australia & New Zealand

  • We use tracked Australia Post option for all our deliveries to ensure a quality service.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed Monday - Friday (Most are sent under 24 hours).

  • We do not ship on the weekends or outside hours

  • Shipping prices is based on weight categories: 0-500g, 500-3kg & 3kg & up.

If you need your order urgently please contact me directly to arrange this and I will personally see to it that your items are shipped immediately within Australia Post opening hours.

  • Parcel post takes 5-7 business days (sometimes rural and remote may take longer)

  • Express post take 2-3 business days (sometimes rural and remote make take longer)

  • Platinum overnight post takes 24-48hrs depending on location

  • Public holidays and weekends do not constitute a business day and will affect shipping times.

Best Dressed Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays due to Australia Post or other carriers. Please allow ample time for deliveries.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want to ensure our customers are always happy with our products. Before ordering please ensure you check sizing correctly and feel free to ask us any questions. We will happily exchange or refund providing:

  • Item have not have been worn, smell of perfume, washed or damaged in anyway and are returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on any products.

  • Strictly no refunds on sale items.

  • Strictly no refunds on accessories such as earrings for hygiene reasons

  • Strictly no refunds due to Australia Post delays. Please always allow ample business day delivery into your shipping choices.

Please note our stock is eclectic and we import from all over the world, therefore, it may take sometime to get a replacement item for you.

We pride ourselves in delivering our customers quality stock and check each order for quality before shipping.

To exchange or refund do not send your items back until you have contacted us to discuss the issue prior to sending. If you send your items back regardless of these conditions or outside of these dates we will return to sender. We will not refund you until we have discussed the issue with you and reason for return.

We will not refund items that do not adhere to these conditions.
